Bad experience with the Referral Dept. not wanting to expedite a authorization they Health plan. request was sent to via fax on 4/24/2025, she didn't work on the authorization till I call her to follow up. she said that she will work on it before she finish day by 4pm. this is not acceptable from any employee not wanting to help with the authorization for patient treatment.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. The way they treat my mom is amazing. I highly recommend you change to Sol y Vida. First class organization everybody knows my mom on first name basis. Today they did her hair and nails mom is so happy. Sol y Vida you guys are the best.

Sol y Vida es un centro médico excepcional !!! Cargado de excelentes personas con un alto calor humano, muy profesionales . A todas las personas con las que tengo oportunidad de conversar siempre les hago la recomendación de ir y conocer ese gran centro .

Si algo tiene que hacerse al 100% es la atención médica y en este centro se conjugan factores que hacen de la clínica más que un centro de atención primaria en la salud a un lugar de bienestar dentro de un ambiente muy humano y profesional , ojalá nunca tenga que cambiar las letras estas por otra opinión diferente , sentir q dejamos nuestra salud en buenas manos ya nos hace de hecho saludables Muchas gracias a todos

Es un Centro Médico diferente, donde el amor y el compromiso de su gente se puede sentir. Son muy amables y muy eficientes. Tienen muchas actividades y muy buena atención.
