Soda City Pharmacy & Compounding

We have not had nothing but great service with Soda City Pharmacy. The Pharmacist is very nice and has gone out of his way to help my family with insurance problems and making sure we get our prescriptions. At one point when everywhere we called to get a prescription filled and was unable to until we called SCP&C and he was able compound the prescription for us. With that situation made us transfer all our pharmacy needs to them. Thank you for everything you have done to help us.

Soda City is a pleasant, professional and family friendly pharmacy. Tremain Copper go out his way to please and have everything my wife and I need. He tries to accommodate to our requests and always follows up in a timely manner. Nothing like the big box pharmacists. If you want to be treated with kindness, respect and as an actual customer thrn Soda City is your choice to fill your prescriptions.

When supporting a local pharmacist has all the benefits…. typically I use big brand pharmacies but here lately I have been supporting Soda City Pharmacy & Compounding a new black owned pharmacy and I tell you the customer service is soooo on point.. this is like the 3rd time I’ve had to reach out about a special request because the big brand pharmacies were either out of something or the turnaround time is just ridiculous. I sent a message this morning about a prescription that I needed and they were able to fill it even though the location is closed today..Dr.Cooper opened the location and delivered the medicines to me.. Transferring my prescription'S to Soda City was the best decision ever. Dr.Cooper and staff was so professional and personal. I was actually greeted by Dr Cooper as well as having my Scripts transferred smoothly . Looking forward to being serviced by This Pharmacy.

Be careful with this pharmacy was talking to my moms pharmacist and he tried to send all of her prescriptions to his pharmacy when she only was doing a drop off at this location. This is why you can’t support your own. Very unprofessional wolf in sheeps clothing. Surprised he hasn’t been reported for that by my moms original pharmacist!!!
