Super fast and organize office. Done in less thank 10 mins. I need the ssn for my and decided to do walk in and was finished quickly. Mia is great and is very welcoming. 5 star to the office and Mia.

I'd like to give a big shoutout to Lansing SSA. It's a hard work and a little appreciation goes a long way. First I called with a question, and the person (sorry didn't ask for a name) was very helpful. I showed up at the office to drop off a letter and the security officer was polite and helpful. It was a very busy morning to say at least. My written request was handled in a timely manner (sooner then I thought, frankly). Thank you Lansing SSA for all your hard work!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Lansing SSA. I thought the on-line process to book appointment was great and we were called to a window in less than ten minutes. I’d like to give special thank you to Huong ( I hope that is the correct spelling) she was a big help in guiding us through many issues and question that we had. She was very knowledgeable about everything regarding retirement and had such warm smile through this whole process that made this a great experience. In a few years when I need to sign up I am hoping to get her again. Thank you so much!

My wife & I were there today to sign up for Social Security and both dealt with Rhonda. She could not have been more kind, understanding, and professional. She knew what she was doing and answered all our questions. I hope she realizes how impressed we were with her work!!! The wait wasn't too long either.

I couldn't be happier with my experience today. The line moved so quickly, there were a ton of windows open. I was in and out within a half hour. Our receptionist was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and made the process incredibly simple. I wish I could remember her name, maybe Deanna? She was incredible, friendly and very efficient. Thank you so much!
