SoBe Compounding Apothecary

When my local compounding pharmacy closed, I was skeptical about using a long distance pharmacy, but here's my experience. The associates who answer the phone are always so friendly and know who I am when I call. When I've needed to speak to the pharmacist, it was never a lengthy wait, even if she had to call me back. Her advice was spot-on as well. Finally, my meds are shipped immediately and they provide me with a tracking number so I know when they will be delivered. Overall, I never got such great service with my local pharmacy. The way I am treated convinces me that they appreciate my business and care about my health. Love, love, love SoBe Apothecary!

Menopause is horrible!!! The 2 bright lights are my physician and SoBe. I love Mercy - she knows my voice when I call. She and Maria (Pharmacist) both have real world recommendations outside of just the prescription that is filled. I've never had a pharmacist actually get on the phone with me (regardless of time of day) to discuss my situation and be so proactive. They truly are the best at customer service and their industry. I appreciate them so much! They've truly helped turned me back into (well an almost normal person):)

This pharmacy is amazing!! Mercy & Maria are such awesome ladies. They always have my prescriptions ready quickly and are on top of things. One time my rx dissolved because I left them in the car and they replaced them at no charge and no hassle! I have and will continue going to them.

Outstanding professional consultation with a very knowledgeable compounding pharmacist. I am an out of town customer so time to fill and deliver is important. Their service is fast and issue free with my prescription usually going out the same day. Very nice, professional people.
