My first impression was good and I felt comfortable. I was going there to have a broken wisdom tooth pulled that was causing me a lot of pain. The staff were very nice and informative. I followed instructions prior to my extraction and was ready when the time came. I took the prescribed Valium, breathed in the gas, and received the numbing shots. Less than 10 minutes later, Dr. Ellis came in to remove my wisdom tooth. It wasn’t numbed enough because he didn’t allow enough time for the shots to set in. (I have had many teeth pulled in the past, and not once have I ever felt more than the pressure and some tugging, because I was properly numbed before hand.) If I could, I would give zero stars. You can’t find this place on Yelp probably because the reviews are so awful. I went in today to get my tooth pulled, I was referred by my dentist who I love but was confused why they’d send me here. I don’t have insurance, so I had to pay $145 for a consultation where most of the staff was extremely condescending and treated me like I was stupid. They kept pushing me to get Valium or laughing gas and said if I got it today, somehow the procedure could be done same day. I declined and Dr. Ellis came in and told me I’d “be starting down a vicious cycle” if I got my tooth pulled today because I’d probably have to get the other teeth pulled in the future. Awesome Staff !! Dr. Ellis is wonderful. Both of my daughters had wisdom teeth pulled and everything went just fine. My wife had an implant put in and hasn't had any problems. The staff met our needs and was very patient with my family. I recommend Snellville Oral Surgery to anyone.

My husband had two teeth pulled 2 weeks ago he's been back twice because the pain or bleeding has not stopped the dentist told him he was lying about the bleeding and pain that he just wanted a prescription. We just left there today and there are three more people sitting in the waiting room do to them still having pain and bleeding after having teeth pulled . They are very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place to anyone my husband will be going to a different dentist tomorrow.

The Team there is so nice and helpful. Everyone had a smile and was willing to help. Dr. Dale Ellis was very personable and took care to provide great insight on the treatment plans. I am thankful for their wonderful office.
