11/10 !! I was very nervous going into my appointment, seeing that I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years. They were extremely kind, patient- I felt zero guilt or shame. They walked me through every single step, Making sure I had a complete understanding of what was going . I am uninsured and they took the time to find the most affordable and efficient plan to get my dental health on track! I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this office, definitely recommend

I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The hygienist explained everything to me and my daughter clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire visit. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and took the time to answer all my daughter’s questions. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with up-to-date technology, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We left feeling confident about my daughter’s dental plan and genuinely impressed with the level of care she received. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly dental practice!

I had a friend tell me once that you choose your doctors the way you choose a spa. What experience are you looking for? You are paying for a service and customer experience. I used to book with doctors, therapists, and dentists based on insurance only. Now I check reviews, look at their website, and judge based on my initial interactions with the staff. Snellville family dental has exceeded my expectations. They truly care about your experience and well being. Many doctors/dentists/etc. treat patients like a number or a problem. This is not my experience here. So thankful to have found a place that values my business as a customer and puts my health and wellbeing in the forefront.

I had a fantastic and wonderful experience with Elaine, the hygienist at Aspen Dental of Snellville, Georgia. She throughly explained the process of the gum treatment and also the steps in need to take further. Ms. Elaine made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything she had and was explaining to me. Great place and wonderful staff ❤️.

I love my Dentist! She is amazing! When she was on maternity leave, I almost changed where I took my family! She is irreplaceable, honest, kind, and shows that she really cares about me and my family’s wellbeing! I would recommend bringing the family to her! The staff are great as well…even though I had a bit of a negative experience while my dentist was on leave and someone else was filling in for her… I am assuming the staff was Following the directions of the leader that was filling in… But the staff are amazing under her leadership!! I would give her 10 stars if I could… I strongly recommend Snellville Family for the whole family.. Great experiences, welcoming and friendly attitude and atmosphere… It is always very clean as well. Can’t think of anything negative other than that one exp
