Snell's Pharmacy

I had a prescription sent here and when I called to ask if it was ready (the next day) the man on the phone was rude and did seem to care that the prescription was not sent over. I had them resend it to a different pharmacy as I can't stand the rudeness. If you're okay with rude employees then this is the place for you!

Just wanted to say if your Looking for a Pharmacy that would fill your prescription in a timely manner please look no Further. We experienced exceptional Service at this Location and we just love the Family atmosphere there. Thanks For all you guys do !

Our daughter receives a special compounded medication every month. Everybody at Snells is so kind. Her medication is always on time and right. Highly recommend.

Called to find out if they can put together a compound prescription from my doctor. The first person to answer the phone was somewhat helpful and said that I could pay by card for it. I asked about the time line to complete it and get it back. He would not give a definitive time. I asked again and he gave the phone to a second person who was quite rude and then said we don't do that anymore. Totally contradicting the first person and my doctor that called it in. I asked if he informed my doctor, and his reply was he did not have to tell my doctor anything. The laws changed and that is all we needed to know. Then hung up. Very rude.

Mr. Briscoe and his staff members are always polite and ready to help out with retail items or info on medications or just advice on wounds or injuries. There’s a reason they’ve been in service at one location for all these years…. Thanks y’all and happy Father’s Day to all you dads in our community!
