Snapfinger Woods Pediatrics

Horrible!!! First off, the building looks like a zoning hazard. Dilapidated and old. The inside isn't much better. Everything takes forever and most of the time there is no solution. The phones ring and ring. No one picks up. They make you wait forever just for a rushed appointment. When our kids were sick, they point blank told us to go to urgent care because their pediatrician was "too busy". We reached out in the portal to ask a question, we still haven't heard back. This place is mostly about charging people's insurance instead of caring for the kids. Don't waste your time here.

They have new management up there and they still slow still inconsiderate. Will have you sit there for an hour before you could even see a nurse two hours just to see a doctor but charge you a late fee when you come late it’s just pathetic and it’s ridiculous. This place really needs to be shut down for good. Dr Ali is very unprofessional she don’t even be in the building most of the time always running behind or she isn’t concerned about her patients they need new doctors. I’m gone call cooperate so they could just shut all the way down please don’t send your kids here guys

Love the dr, nurse, but other than that, absolutely not. I have been trying to get my sons records transferred over to another office for months. They kept saying they eould send them and it feels like i got the runaround . It always weeks to get approval from speech therapists to get what she needs from the office. Ive been more than patient, but I am over it. It doesn’t feel like they care about my child at all. Brad is a great Dr, this office has potential, but continously dropping the ball and im over it

I’ve been taking my daughter here since birth 2012 and 2013. Recently since new management or “merge” the practice has not been good. Can’t speak with any one, so called booked, no call backs or walk-in’s….like what’s the purpose of being in our neighborhood, you’re not serving the community?

This pediatrician was highly recommended and I even went here as a child but when they merge with children’s healthcare of Atlanta it seems like it went downhill always on hold for a long periods of time when you do come to appointment you’re waiting a long period of time to be seen and they don’t offer any walk-in appointments. The nurse Miss Lisa is always great along with Dr. Watts and Dr. Brad but other than that it may be time to look for a different pediatrician
