Working with Amanda changed how I feel in my body EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I started seeing her before I got pregnant with baby #3. I came to see Dr. Amanda because of back pain- I had no pelvic floor directly related symptoms- and I’m so glad that I did! Who knew that *inside* is a vast connected system that supports our entire core, and has been contributing to my chronic back issues!? Also- the techniques that she employs alleviate so much pain. She is a person with so much experience and so many different areas of expertise. It has been very comfortable to do work with her and so informative. Amanda is a Pelvic Health Goddess. I saw Amanda over the course of just a few months and already had marked improvements in pelvic floor alignment and my ability to exercise, run and jump with more confidence than I ever thought possible!
