Smoky Ridge Health & Rehabilitation

My grandmother was a resident of Smoky Ridge for several years and passed away at the age of 95 on February 11, 2026. We can't say enough about our dealings with this facility. From the administration to the nurses and CNA's. We truly know that our mother ( grandmother) was loved. Someone from the family was there almost every single day and we mostly interacted with the CNA's and they couldn't have treated her any better. We are thankful that mother is no longer suffering, but we will truly miss these ladies that took care of her. Special thanks to Sam, Jennifer, Samantha and Angela. You all deserve a crown. ❤️

Very poor cleaning!! Family member has been there over a week, bathroom has nats around the toilets. It is a place to out someone, but not the best!

Our little Mama went home to be with Jesus on December 5th 2024. She spent the last 6 months of her life in Smokey Ridge Health and Rehad. My family want you to know, we never expected the level of support and total love our Mama experienced there. In that 6 months the staff became our family encouraging us and guiding us through pain as we watched our Mama move through her last days. We hugged, laughed and cried with our new extended family. From the care on the floor (Nurses and CNAs), to the thoughtfulness of the kitchen staff making sure Mama had food she would eat , to office administration, building maintenence staff (both are preachers) and last but not lest Caleb. My grandmother came here after falling at home and breaking her ankle which required surgery to correct. The nursing team at Smoky Ridge was phenomenal! A huge thanks to the therapy department for getting her up and walking again independently and also transportation for making her dialysis treatments their priority! This place truly makes your family a part of their own!

5 stars is not enough Endless gratitude and praise for the whole staff for their kindness and professionalism. My mother in law was treated with great dignity and kindness. Thank you and God bless you.
