Burnsville Vet is conveniently located, its right off the 4 lanes. The facility itself is pretty open. The waiting area is warm and inviting. It's well lit and clean. The exam rooms are the same. The wait time wasn't long at all. All the staff are knowledgeable about animals and their care. I had a pretty sick cat. They got her in a room and came back with a diagnosis. They didn't do any treatment that we didn't give permission to do. To be honest, I was really worried that I would be broke after this visit. They are reasonable with the cost of everything. Again, they checked in with us about the cost before doing anything. What really sold me completely was that about a week after her treatment, they called to see how she was feeling. I can't say enough about the kindness and care that the folks at Burnsville Veterinary Clinic showed to me and to my husband after out Golden Retriever was hit by a car. We are from a different city and were advised to take him to a specialty clinic in our home town. The vet assistant called multiple clinics for us and was able to find one that could handle our dog's injuries and give him the specialized care that he needed. Thank you to Dr. Daniels and to the amazing staff at Burnsville Veterinary Clinic.

Recently transferred to this clinic from another in this area. After experiencing disorganization and poor service at the previous clinic, I lost trust in their services for my 2 dogs. What a wonderful experience it was at Burnsville Veterinary! The entire staff is friendly, organized and very efficient. Dr Moody is knowledgeable and approachable. Just can't give enough praise to these folks! It's great to trust my veterinary clinic again!

We’ve been using Burnsville Vet for 4 years now. I’m 55 and have had dogs my entire life. We moved here in 2021 with a dog and cat both of advanced age with medical conditions who have since passed. My dog hurt his paws. He had been there one time in the past when he was sick and I liked the doctor and his assistant very much. The place is very clean for a veterinary clinic. The front staff wasnt as helpful or friendly as they could have been but they weren't rude. Just not very pleasant or attentive. But all I care about is the doctor. He explained everything in detail and so I could understand it. He could have done a ton more test and over charged me but he didn't. He was professional, well mannered and seemed to honestly care about the animals, their owners and his job. His assistant that gets your info and takes your dog back was super sweet. I was nervous and she talked calm and spoke to my dog so he wasn't afraid and took him to the back with no problem. He is a 3 year old box
