Mercy Urgent Care Burnsville

The wait time was super fast. When I was taken back, both the nurse and physician on staff were really polite and took their time explaining everything when I had questions. Will definitely go back again whenever needed.

Went in on a Sunday, they were really busy. They worked me in. Took about 30-45 minutes, which is above par for peak flu/cold season from my experience… spruce pine had a 1 hour 30 minute wait time. The lobby was mostly clean. The check in was quick, the lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful. This was only my second visit, and they had implemented a new system. The medical staff in the back were wonderful. Dr. John got on my level and spoke to me and listened to what I had to say was bothering me. I felt heard, I felt cared for, and I am already starting to feeling better. I will be going back if needed in the future.

We have been here several times in the past 5 months due to sickness. Everytime they have been wonderful. Both of the doctor's are great with my kids and with me as the parent. The rest of the staff are wonderful and friendly as well.

Staff were great. I was seen on my appointment time. The PA was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She answered all my questions. If there was any critique, it would have been a wish to not tell them my symptoms and concerns in the hallway where they also took vitals. There was no one else back there but the PA and her asst. but I still felt kinda unsafe and exposed even though I got it allowed for efficiency on their end

My daughter was up all night with her ear hurting, and thankfully I was able to book an appointment for this morning! The provider was very friendly and we were on our way to pick up medicine in no time! 10/10 recommend!
