Smith's Pharmacy

l've never been treated so horribly with the pharmacist. Jordan was her name and another lady. They told me I couldn't afford to get my medication so they refused to fill it. They discriminated against me thinking I couldn't pay for my medication. I've never been treated so horribly to get my medicine. They won't even fill my prescription saying it's too expensive and they think I can't afford it. They then said it's no use and they even said my medication won't even work. Don't go here if you want to not get your medicine and be yelled at when you say you need it. Absolutely horrible!!!

If I could I would leave 0 stars. Jordan the pharmacist is horribly unprofessional. He is rude and unhelpful. He denies filling prescriptions that are written and sent in by the provider. The other staff members are also rude. This is an embarrassment that Smiths keeps people like this employed.

The Pharmacy Tech, Jessica, is very rude to me every time I go in there. I had to ask her a question about my prescription, and she treated me like it was a really stupid question. And another day I went in to pick up a different prescription and it wasn't ready yet, but the app had told me that it was ready, and she got just plain rude and nasty with me! I was just telling her that the app said that it was ready, just in case she was looking at the wrong person on the computer, because she hadn't asked me my birthday, she just asked my name. She seriously needs to learn good customer service skills, and learn how to be polite and courteous.

They are usually pretty nice. But last two times I called I got hung up on mid sentence. I know they are busy but so am I and I don’t appreciate that. Just hold off 2 seconds to make sure I’m done talking. 2seconds away from a perfect score here. Edited I’m not very happy that the short blonde pharmacist or tech or whatever she was decided I needed her to announce loud enough for everyone nearby that I wasn’t taking my medication as directed. She didn’t see the person standing on the other side of that wall they have who gave me a look when he heard her. I was really embarrassed. This is not the first time this has happened but I’ve finally had enough of this crap! I’m a nice person so I never say anything when this kind of thing happens. But I should. These people who work in pharmacies

On the fourth of December around 130 pm the male pharmacist was super unprofessional n raised his voice at me to sit down my meds were not ready I told him yes I know will not be going back to the pharmacy
