There is a woman in this place she volunteered to go in for 3 days . Now they are holing her against her will. She’s trying to sigh out and they continue to make excuses. They shut off her light in her room and tell her to go to sleep question her about who she’s talking to. They are giving information out to people there are HEPA LAWS !! they are refusing to follow !! very aggressive staff..I hope others see this stay clear of this place it’s like a prison..
The staff here is amazing and always try to do all they can to accommodate the family and loved ones
If you love your family member don't send them here. You are better off sending them to the state hospital in Evanston
This building has been remodeled in 2015 and still in 2020 looks amazing. Staff and managers are easy to communicate with, they took great care of my great grandma and grandpa. And my great grandpa was by no means easy to take care of! It has amazing food, and it's just a friendly place to be. They will take care of your loved ones.
The staff is amazing they are make sure everyone is taken good care of build is clean and the food is super good
