My husband saw Dr. Stephen Harwood who was super nice. He removed badly impacted earwax from both ears and then did the exam. After taking molds of both his ears, he is submitting all of the paperwork to the VA who approved the visit. Jim is looking forward to hearing well again.

Dr. wanted to send dad away for ear cleaning without even touching dad or looking in his ears. Frustrating when I have to ask him to do it. When he finally agreed, the wax came out easy.
