To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience at the Smith’s Pharmacy in Brigham City, Utah, on the morning of 1/14 Earlier this morning, 9:30 a.m., I came to the pharmacy and spoke with an employee named Mandy. I provided my new insurance information in advance. My intention was to ensure that the process would be smooth and to avoid unnecessary waiting or distress, particularly given my child’s needs and the nature of the medications being picked up. When I returned to the pharmacy one hour later, the staff did not recognize my name, had nothing prepared, and indicated that the issue was due to incorrect spelling from my doctor’s office. I just witnessed the ACTUAL pharmacist tell a woman "ok Karen" because she was telling them she was frustrated with their lack of customer service, and that was his response to her while the other techs giggled!!! Unbelievable, so unprofessional and unkind. Do better or find a different job!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They even hired more technicians to deal the volumes of customers. After 5pm forget it, Come back the following day as your wait in line can and has exceeded 30 minutes.

I had a couple interactions that caused cause for concern due to the poor and inexcusable treatment I received Saturday to pickup my medication. I switched pharmacies due to the at first, excellent customer service I received, in which I had mentioned to multiple techs everytime I would go in. Plus the discount that helps where the other places didn't have the discount to help my out of pocket costs. Thursday was the 1st occasion, then yesterday when my medication was due, I suddenly was called back and told it wasn't able to be picked up. The way I was spoken to on the phone and laughed at, mocked, humiliated and then hung up on is beyond unacceptable! I asked to speak to the manager, was laughed at and I will leave names out of this, but the discrimination and humiliation and poor treat

I recently transferred my prescriptions to Smiths from another local pharmacy because they were so rude. My first refill seemed more expensive but I didnt have time to question it. A second prescription in the same week I was helped by a tech named Lisa and she took the time to ask me about insurance and my cards were digital on my phone in the car so she had me just call the numbers in and it save me a few dollars and I was so grateful. But then she called me back later and said she reran my prescriptions from earlier in the week and got me even more of a refund!!! She was so patient and helpful. The other pharmacy in town by the hospital…. their techs never took time and acted put out and angry all the time. Thank you Lisa!!!
