I haven’t been to Clark’s office since I got my braces off 25 years ago! I called to let them know my permanent retainer was poking me. They got me in the very next day. Everyone has always been, and still is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! I was in and out and very well taken care of.

We have only had a consultation, but I was so impressed. They were great with my sons. My older son was very angry and extremely anxious about being there, he Can be hard to deal with in interactions with others when he is feeling extreme emotion like that. But Dr Anderson took it in stride, he was kind, joked around with my son despite how angry he was being, was sarcastic back with him and treated it as chill and understanding, he valued my suns questions and validated his desire not to be there. It calmed and disarmed my son in the best way. I was so impressed and grateful. What an amazing office! ***Update - we are multiple months in to doing Invisalign with Edge and they continue to be fantastic! I’d highly recommend!

Second time around with Edge and still just as happy with the attention, care and staff. They were able to get us back before our scheduled time and were very informative every step of the way. They are able to pull up a 3D version of your teeth and walk you through the concern areas visually. We appreciate that they address your needs and work with you to create a plan that you feel comfortable with. Also their scheduling is fantastic! Lots of options for after school appointments.

We were seen by Dr. Tim Bitner today and he was so thoughtful! When he noticed my kids were on opposite schedules for their appointments, he added in an earlier appointment for my daughter. So instead of coming in every three weeks I now only have to come every six weeks! For a busy mom of five, this is huge to me!

I appreciated the time they gave us. We didnt feel rushed at all in our consultation. Previous dentist said my daughter needed braces and Edge said they werent needed, and I appreciated that honesty even though we were prepared to move forward with them. I loved seeing her xray and having them explain what we were seeing on it. THANK YOU!
