If I could give Dr Haws and his staff 10 stars I would! I am a full time traveler, only in town for a couple days when my tooth broke! I reached out for an appointment and Jennifer was able to get me in the next day! I had a fantastic experience, I received a new crown in less than two hours! The entire staff at the office are amazing! So kind, knowledgable and helpful. They all made me feel like I actually mattered to them. This level of customer service is so rare today! Dr. Haws is so outgoing! Not your typical dentist. It's refreshing! If I lived in Brigham City, Dr Haws and his team would be my dentist! Another perk...Their office is gorgeous! Upscale! I felt like I was in a fancy day spa. Very calming and comfortble, the dental chair has a back massager built right in!

The dentist is great, but the billing department is completely unacceptable. My son has gone to this office his entire life. After he turned 18, he continued care and had work done. It took them two years to process the insurance claim. During that time, they accepted payments — then suddenly stopped and demanded the full remaining balance within two months. After their own two-year delay, that demand was unreasonable. The account was sent to collections, and now they refuse to see anyone in our family. Excellent dental care does not excuse poor, disorganized, and punitive billing practices. Be very cautious and get everything in writing before agreeing to treatment.

Dr. Haws very kindly got me in for an emergency appointment even though I was not one of his patients. The staff was very kind and helpful and Dr Haws was very knowledgeable and able to help me. Overall I was very pleased with my visit.

Dr Haws explained everything in easy terms. He and his staff put you at ease and are very professional. I would definitely recommend his office.

I love Haws Family Dentistry. They’re so helpful and kind. They’re very great about sending reminders of appointments so you don’t forget. The care is excellent and all the staff again are very kind and nice. Dr Haws is also a patient dentist and listens to concerns and most importantly he’s gentle when it comes to procedures. I’ve had many other dentists who were very rough and not mindful of pain or sensitivity when doing dental procedures and that is not Dr Haws. Overall I cannot recommend Haws Family Dentistry enough. Their service is excellent, all the staff is great and every experience I’ve had there has been wonderful.
