The whole staff was amazing. I had reservations about going back due to past experiences, but the new ownership and new team have really done a 180 turn around. Staff was friendly. Prices were great. The dentist and staff were very knowledgeable and to the point. No surprise charges or fees. Worked with me being a cash pay patient. I 100% will be going back in the very near future. If all dentist offices were this easy going and straight forward, I could have saved myself thousands of dollars. The office manager Jade deserves a raise. She got me in within minutes of our call, met me at the front desk and saw me through each step of the process. This is not saying the other staff were not just as amazing. I’ve been going to this office for my cleanings and fillings, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience every time! The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming—they get me in right away without any hassle. The dentist is awesome too; he doesn’t just treat you like another patient. He talks to you like a friend, making sure you’re comfortable and answering any questions you might have. It’s such a relaxed, professional environment, and I truly appreciate how well they take care of me every visit!

I had a weird experience here. I went in for my first visit expecting it to be one visit and done like every other dentist I have ever been to. I saw the dentist, but apparently there were no hygienists, so they couldn't clean my teeth. They scheduled me another visit a week later. I went to that one and got my teeth cleaned but the dentist said I had cracked fillings so they scheduled me another visit. This seemed weird to me, I think other than a cavity or two when I was a kid, this was the first time the dentist had ever said I had anything wrong with my teeth. When I went to that visit the dentist fixed my fillings, but said there was a cavity that needed filled, so they scheduled yet another visit a week later. Everyone here was super friendly and kind! They made me feel really comfortable and took great care of me. Definitely one of the nicest dental visits I’ve had!

This was my first time to a dentist in a long time(I mean long). The staff were so friendly. Melinda was amazing she talked you through each step and made sure I was okay the entire time.
