Do not go here if you need a compound prescription. They used to be really good and now they take forever to get a compound prescription done. My doctor put a rush on my prescription and I asked about it after 3 day, but they hadn't even started putting my prescription in the system yet. Then they said 5 business days to get it finished. I asked after 6 days and they said it would still take 2 more days; which really means 3 because it's Friday and it won't be ready until Monday. Sooooo frustrating.

VERY FRUSTRATED with this pharmacy lately. I've been a compounding customer here for several years, but on my last 3-4 refills, they've told me my hormone med would be available on a certain day but then it actually takes several days more for it to be ready. I understand backups in the lab, but their failure to communicate clear and reasonable expectations is a huge problem when people are relying on these medications for their health and wellness.

This drugstore and pharmacy is located in the downtown Pleasant Grove area on the corner. I’ve never had the chance to stop by this place until now. Besides being a pharmacy, it’s also a store where you can buy candy, greeting cards, puzzles, and a bit of home decor which was surprising. The pharmacist was real friendly, and was personable too. Can you believe this place has been open since 1927?! It’s like this little gem got preserved in its time while everything else changed with every decade that has passed. This store also has a carved out waiting area in front of the pharmacy, should you choose to wait for your prescription to be filled. They also have a few things that are being sold in there, that’s made by locals such as wreaths for all holidays or just used for every day

The people answering the phones need to be nice! You’re in a business where you serve the public SO BE NICE OR FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!!! DONT CALL THIS PLACE AND ASK A QUESTION ON YOUR MEDICATION THE LADY WILL ACT LIKE YOUR IN THE WRONG FOR WANTING TO ASK A QUESTION!!!! Find better employees
