They did amazing with my sweet boy. I admit im one of those people who freak out over their pets and they were so so kind. Everyone there was so sweet and understanding. They were open on a holiday which was greatly appreciated and I'll save the gross bits but my sweet boy had an abcess and they had a vet tech actually come take a look while we were waiting. Honestly we waited maybe fifteen minutes at most? They were amazing with him and me. Truly the staff is amazing and so sweet bringing my boy a treat because he was not a fan of his carrier and offering complimentary waters and such, wish they could be my primary vet haha. They were so caring and kind, I immediately felt at ease. They took such good care of my cat; she had a wound on her neck that wasn’t healing and they got her set up with some ointment and a fabric cover since a cone would have rubbed it too much. They were very upfront about pricing, and there was no shaming or pushiness at all. Can’t recommend them more highly!

On January 23rd I brought my precious babygirl Mitzie to Livewell, she had been not doing well for a couple days but this day in particular she had really gone downhill so we rushed her in. I was in tears and terrified when we got there, Sarah at the front desk was so sweet and made me feel immediately at ease. They got us to a room right away and we didn’t wait long at all to be seen. They did blood work and it was determined that our baby was much sicker then we knew and we unfortunately had to make the most difficult agonizing decision we have ever had to make to let her cross the rainbow bridge peacefully without suffering!!! Dr. Barry was so caring when delivering the bad news to us and our nurse Emily ohhhhhhhhh I don’t have the words to describe what an absolute amazing human she is

I could never say enough AMAZING things about Livewell Urgent Care. The level of care my dog has received in the 2x he’s been here is extraordinary. The staff is extremely kind, caring, compassionate, and wants to do everything for you and your pet. Twist will forever be grateful for the staff for saving his life 2x. 10000/10 recommend bringing your sick or injured animals here!

I’m so impressed with them. Dr Berry and Mary both helped my girl so much. They were very fast getting to us, and thorough getting her checked out when she hurt her shoulder. She’ll be back to mowing the lawn in no time.
