Highly recommend!!!!! This office is beyond profesional and knowledgeable. Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor who is highly skilled in uncovering/identifying illnesses early on! His clinical eye is amazing. I could say all the same for Mia Sorensen, his Nurse Practitioner! I trust them both tremendously. The office is well run and clean. They are on time with their appointments. The lab services are so convenient! I can get everything done here, including some X-Rays! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I use to like this office until I was being shuffled from one Dr to another and Dr assistant at times. I feel that they don't provide the basic concerns and follow ups.Even the blood work has to be paid separately from the insurance.My issues are not taken seriously and now I'm in worse pain and health than I was before. They have you wait only to be spit back out in a few minutes. I desperately need a Dr who hears me and takes it seriously. Follow up calls and responses to my messages if you ask to speak to a Dr expect to talk to a answering machine that leads nowhere. I'm so disappointed.

I had started with Dr. Lester Shalloway as a friend of mine had highly recommended Dr. Shalloway. Dr. Shalloway is an excellent person and doctor. However, the support staff is really bad. They do not call back on voicemails and also no followup is done. Refill of medications is the worst service that you can get from the support staff. As recently as two days ago; one of my medications required prior authorization. The staff just posted the rejection of the medication by the insurance on the portal and did not followup with the insurance. The requirement was for the doctor to let the insurance know that other medications were tried and not functional. My pharmacy had sent several reminders and finally I had to send an email for them to approach the insurance and clear my medication. This
