Smith Crossing Dental Care

I visited this dental office for the first time and after over an hour and a half of x-rays was told I had 9 cavities. Never in my life have I had 9, to say I was shocked was an understatement. I decided to get a second opinion so I requested copies of my x-rays three times before they were finally sent. Went to a new dentist for a second opinion with the result being only 2 cavities that are minor and may not require fillings. I will say the hygienist was very friendly and nice though. Overall, I would not recommend this office.

Wonderful staff from front to back. The most loving and caring staff I’ve ever met. They make you feel like family. And even get on you if you’re not doing the rights things!! That kind of care can’t be duplicated. I’ve be able to trust Dr. Dowlen from day 1. She explains things clearly and simply. And she always smells so good!

I'm a brand new patient of Smith Crossing Dental. My very first visit was November 13, 2925. It was the best dental experience I've ever had. I definitely made the right choice in placing my dental care in their hands. Phenomenal job!

My hygienist was polite and pleasant as always. My teeth cleaning was superb. It is always a great experience when Shandra serves me.

First let me start by saying, I love going to the dentist! I look forward to my cleaning every 6 months. Unfortunately my previous dentist was no longer in my network; thus bringing me to Smith Crossing Dental Care. If I could give less than one star I would do so! I was there 2 hours (maybe longer), I had so many X-rays I lost count. My cleaning lasted 8 minutes! Yes only 8 minutes...and it was interrupted by the finance lady coming in to go over my expected charges if I get everything done they suggested (totally unprofessional.) And the dentist? Saw her for 3 minutes (cold and uncaring.)This is a money making practice.
