So I hesitated a little bit to write this review because this is not my first time there and the previous services were a lot better than this one. I want to start with the hygienist. She was a young lady who I'm sure doesn't have a lot of experience. That's my personal opinion. She was extremely nice, however, I've never had a cleaning in the order and the way it was done. My cleaning started with an assessment to compare my previous services. After that she went into the polishing of the teeth prior to the removal of tartar from my teeth. Don't want to say much about that because I guess it probably doesn't make a difference. After polishing my teeth she then did the tartar removal. Then she did X-rays and finally did the floosing after I asked about the fact that she had not done it.

Staff was very nice and respectful. I have never been to a dentist that didnt make you feel down right horrible about the condition of your teeth, we did not get this feeling here. Staff is very patient as well. Thank you so much

I've used them twice now and have had a good experience both times.. they got me in quickly which was great. Not all facilities do extractions but they do which was great. You don't want to see a dentist to have them refer you to another dentist. One stop shop

But professionalism should come first. My concerns included below average cleanliness and staff who treated anything beyond basic service as an inconvenience. The main issue was Syed Quadri at the front desk, whose passive aggressive and condescending behavior turned every interaction into an exercise in frustration.
