Smile Studio of Midtown - Dr. Mark Massaro

I had a great dental visit yesterday with the new Dr. Eli. I was kind of nervous at first, but he was very nice to talk to. He’s very professional and is great at what he does. He eased my nerves about my dental visit. I look forward to seeing him again. Dixie is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She takes care of me and is easy to talk to. I look forward to seeing her each visit too. Thanks for taking care of me Dixie and Dr. Eli! Sommer

This office was recommended to me as a place to find a gentle dentist. My first visit with Dr. Massaro was wonderful. The hygienist was top notch, even sending me a thank you card with a funny note. I went back in November and had the same delightful cleaning experience with Dixie, then the new dentist, Dr. Eli came in. He was everything an anxious patient doesn't want in a dentist. He was argumentative, rough, and unresponsive when I was clearly trying to pull away. He walked away and I knew I would never be back. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable behavior in 2025. 5 stars for Massaro & staff 0 for Dr. Eli

Today, I visited Smile Studio and I had a new dental assistant named Clara. She was extremely friendly and did her job very well. She explained everything in simple terms and told me everything about my visit. I was very impressed and she made me good. I would strongly recommend Smile Studio to my friends. Excellent staff.

Have been a patient of Dr. Massaro for many years. He and his staff offer first class care and service to their patients with a friendly smile and caring attitude. I’ve had my first procedure with his successor Dr. Weissman and feel confident the same level of care and service will continue. Smile Dental of Midtown is an excellent dental office! The staff is friendly and always helpful. Dixie is gentle with cleanings, and Dr. Eli is kind, attentive, and cautious with dental care. I highly recommend this office!
