We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Tima and her entire team! Everyone in the office is welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Tima is wonderful — she takes the time to clearly explain every step of the process and makes sure both parents and kids feel comfortable and confident. The treatment plan has been easy to manage, scheduling is smooth, and the costs were very fair and transparent. We feel very well taken care of here and would absolutely recommend Dr. Tima to anyone looking for orthodontic care!

She was kind, she always had the big smile, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything about my visit.

Wow! Called the office with an Urgent need and Alicia got me in in 30 minutes! Edgar stayed with me the entire hour visit until all my needs and questions were answered and offered additional information I wasn’t aware of. I felt like the most important person in the office that day!
