I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone involved in my father-in-law’s recent stay at NCRH. He was admitted from the Western Slope, and the referral and placement process happened so quickly and smoothly, something our family is incredibly grateful for. Even though I work for NCRH, experiencing everything from the patient and family side gave me a whole new perspective. I was truly impressed by the compassion and professionalism of the PCTs, nurses, doctors/NPs, therapy team, and everyone who cared for him. He genuinely enjoyed his stay, looked forward to his meals (and finished every one!), and appreciated all the kindness and company he received. This facility is amazing! The care my father-in-law received was wonderful. The staff, from intake to nurses and doctors to physical therapists went above and beyond. We were always kept up to date with his medication and progress. The hospital was always clean. I ate at the cafeteria numerous times and the food was always delicious. And for $4.00, it can’t be beat! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation. I only gave it 5 stars. But if I had the option, I would give it 10!

I have been involved with NCRH since it opened 20 years ago and have had many patients admitted there over the years. I have been impressed with the consistent quality and caring demeanor of the staff including nurses, aids, therapists, custodial staff, food service and leadership. I would have my own family members there if the need arose.

This is a TOP NOTCH group!! I work in the healthcare industry and although I was familiar with NCRH and heard great things, I have never had any personal experience with them. When my grandma suffered a massive stroke and wanted to attempt therapy, I immediately reached out to their team and Arba and Jen were immediate guiding lights in a very difficult time, even during the Christmas and New Year holiday. When we arrived at the facility grandma was a bit nervous but the team immediately made her feel at ease and invested wholeheartedly in her therapy and regaining as much functional improvement as possible. A Truly Exceptional Healing Experience I recently spent time at the Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital in Johnstown, CO, following a hip replacement. At age 68, living with Parkinson’s, I knew recovery would be challenging — but the care I received at NCRH made all the difference. It is, without question, one of the finest medical experiences I have ever had. Every single member of the staff contributed to my healing. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists were skilled, encouraging, and endlessly patient. The nurses and CNAs cared for me with compassion and competence.
