The care I have received from the medical professional has consistently been exceptional, surpassing my expectations with each visit. I am very pleased with the quality of service provided by this specialist. However, the front office staff might benefit from additional training in customer service and communication techniques. I believe that improved staff performance will greatly enhance the overall patient experience. Best experience ever in a nice office with knowledgeable people. Location is great for us living close to downtown. My exam tech was thorough and explained everything. Dr. Schaneman took time and answered any concerns I had. I was not rushed and overall a 5 star experience. I’ll keep going here. Thank You for great service!
