What a wonderful experience this morning for my 11 year old daughter. This has been a 2 year conversation which ended with much needed braces for my daughter. Dr. Wiger and Tiffany were very professional along the way. Didn't feel any sales pressure during the entire process. Had a great facility and truly well organized during the entire process. Even had a process of being able to see updates each week by reviewing pictures from the patient along the way. The orthodontist is great. The actual care was great. We’ve had a lot of issues with the Smile Doctors financial department. I had to get on a three way call with my insurance company and a representative from their financial department because they could not figure out how to manage our account. We had paid our portion in full and yet they kept sending me texts and emails saying that they would suspend services if I didn’t pay the insurance portion in full. It was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. Also you can’t call the practice directly, you have to call the huge smile doctors hub and they manage all of the appointments and payments.

My daughter was not enthused about braces but the staff made her feel very comfortable. The staff was also very patient with us as we figured out insurance and payment.

Almost my entire family has gotten braces everyone is so friendly and supportive and this office. It’s such a treat to see the team. They are definitely great at what they do.
