I love this place!! The doctor has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. He treats the kids and parents with respect and gets to know his patients.

My son (9) is out of braces after 1.5yrs. The entire experience was amazing. Dr. Barnes and his entire staff go above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable at every visit (and he does not deal with strange sensations very well at all). Dr. Barnes is very informative and funny. He takes his work seriously and it shows! I recently went in with a slew of problems for myself as well and although I have been turned down almost immediately from other orthodontists as too complicated. Dr. Barnes is doing due diligence and explored every avenue with me. He was very patient and thorough and I truly appreciate this even if it turns out that no work is the best option. Thank you for treating my son so well! And if my other children need work I know this is where I'll be coming back!

This place is a joke. I'm having them remove my son's braces after they lied about his treatment plan that was discussed previously. I spoke with them specifically about doing a payment plan with them and my payflex account and the ability to do it and when it came time to do it they refused to do so. They obviously "don't remember" having this conversation anymore. This seems to be a tactic so I would agree to get them to put the braces on my son and move forward with the contract when this wasn't what was discussed. I would caution anyone that does business with them in the future.

I love coming here. It's clean, the staff is respectful and the best part of it all is the quality of the work. Excellent job on spacers and braces. I recommend coming here and you wont be disappointed.

The staff at the Hamilton Mill location are kind and Dr. Barnes has been so amazing and patient with my daughter (who frequently forgets to wear her retainer). He communicates clearly and with a lot of detail, and made sure we didn't have any questions. When my daughter broke her retainer, Dr. Barnes office was nonjudgmental and had a new one made (the first replacement is free!). Overall, it's been a great experienced being with Chattahoochee Family Orthodontics.
