I had such a wonderful experience at this orthodontist office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was exceptional, so kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond. They explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable, and even got my daughter’s braces done the same day! I was honestly blown away by their efficiency and care. I was referred by a friend and coming here was a great decision! The staff!!! Omg! The staff! Joanna at the desk is stellar!! Super sweet, caring, thorough, helpful, pleasant, happy, upbeat, kind both on the phone and especially in person! She has this aura about her that is so welcoming! Y’all are lucky to have her. Patti helped put the braces on my daughter and made her feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. Patti is friendly, outgoing, caring, kind, and very professional. Dr. Yu is the man here and he runs the show like a fine turned orchestra! They’ve got a super great practice here and I highly recommend anyone that wants to feel like family in a safe judgement free zone look no further this is your place!!!

The staff and doctor at Smile Doctors blew me away. The environment was bright and inviting, my son felt comfortable the whole time during his x-rays and the results were gone over very thoroughly with all my questions answered patiently and directly, which I appreciate. We did not end up needing services at that time but if we do in the future we will absolutely go back without hesitation.
