Dr. Waugh and his staff are amazing! As someone who was skeptical about getting braces, I’m so glad I went with the choice to get them! I also got them for my oldest son as well. My son and I now have million dollar smiles!! I love how they turned out! I would recommend them to anyone. Not only are they VERY affordable, but they are so worth going to! I could go on and on about how amazing Dr. Waugh is. Definitely recommend him!! Will post a picture soon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at my Invisalign appointment! The entire environment was clean, welcoming, and super calming from the moment I walked in. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Dr. Waugh was amazing — thorough, patient, and really took the time to explain everything so I felt confident moving forward. And a special shout-out to Jordan! She was incredibly sweet and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood each step. If you’re considering Invisalign, I 100% recommend this office. Top-notch care and an awesome team!

The things that I loved about smile doctors orthodontics: The customer service especially then front desk was good. It was a clean office. They seemed well staffed. The wait time wasn’t long. They offered a free consultation for the braces. They offered drinks in the waiting room for the braces. They had a dental hygienist that talked to you after the braces and gave you a kit with some things to take care of your braces with. The dentist himself was really nice from what I could tell I didn’t get to talk with him long. Things I did not like: I felt rushed during my appointment. I was hopeful for a better price than I received. I felt like the dentist assistant putting on my braces was in a hurry. I left not being able to swallow due to having so much build up from the glue in my mouth (

I have been with Dr. Waugh’s practice since October 2023. After multiple consultations with different orthodontists, I ultimately chose Dr. Waugh because of how welcoming and genuine the entire team felt, and I’m so glad I did!🥰 My braces journey has been an awesome experience so far. There have of course been moments of discomfort along the way, but the team has always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m good. I’ll never forget when one of the assistants offered me braces covers when wax wasn’t enough to help a cut inside my cheek heal. That kind gesture meant so much to me and really showed how much they care. Every visit, they check in with me to make sure I have enough wax, rubber bands, and anything else I need before I leave.
