Smile Design Orange City

This was our first and last time going to this dentist. The hygienists and dentist are kind ladies, but the overall experience with the front desk left much to be desired. One of the ladies at the front desk is rude and should not be the first person a patient sees when checking in. Plus, the overall vibe of the office is cold and weird.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would! Everyone from the people at the front desk to the people in back assisting the doctor and of course the doctor herself at the orange city office is so kind and caring and compassionate to the patients! They all made me feel comfortable I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!! Thank you again to the whole orange city office for making me feel comfort there!

I had an amazing experience in this dental office. It was my first time and I loved it. Carmen is amazing super sweet and funny. I hope to get her everytime! The staff is very nice too. One of the best dental offices I have been too.

All the girls ladies were nice especially the doctor coming in to see me. I Miss Angie. The lady did my teeth was wonderful. Can't wait till the next visit. I like the reminders too.

First of all I want to make it clear that this review is about your office manager that was there today 10/23/25. I was the prior office manager at that location for 13yrs. Naturally I still have a good relationship with the team there since we all worked as great team together. I had to stop by the office today to drop something off to the hygienist there Angie. Once I walked in I told the om that I was here to see Angie and she was expecting me. Angie did not have a patient. As I was in the back talking to Angie your office manager came up to me and said rudely you must leave you are not aloud to be here. I said excuse me she said you heard me. I have been in dentistry 35yrs and managed many dental office due to moving around with my Husband while he had his career in the United States
