Everyone is very nice. I’ve had a couple different dental hygienists clean my teeth here and they are all good. Other hygienists at other practices have been very harsh and made my gums bleed. Never happened at Smile Design. Also they don’t harass me about pulling my wisdom teeth. I’m keeping them. They help me chew better. Every other practice I’ve been to try’s to convince me to pull them because they want that money. I have a big mouth so I have plenty of room for my wisdom teeth

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. After my treatment was completed, I reviewed my insurance statement and realized that I had overpaid. My insurance company had already paid a significant portion, resulting in an overpayment on my end. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to request a refund of the overpaid amount. Each time, I was given different explanations and assurances that the refund would be processed, but it has not been resolved. It has been extremely frustrating trying to recover money that rightfully belongs to me. Patients trust medical providers to handle billing honestly and transparently. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that the practice prioritizes collecting payments over addressing legitimate billing concerns. I h

I have had a couple things happen since my husband and I started coming here a year or so ago. My husband has to have 3 crowns. He came in yesterday for the prep work. When we got home he noticed that a couple of the prep.crowns had rough edges that would cut his tongue. This morning a crown popped off while cleaning his teeth. I would have rather the dentist schedule enough time to do the work well then to take the time to go back and have it worked on twice. My experience was having an Implant. A special tool was needed to work on it. The dentist did not have the tool available so I had to wait and reschedule when the other dentist was in and had the tool on his person. I said why don't you order another set of the tools so you have one available and not need to reschedule the appointmen

After cracking my tooth and having excruciating pain, the staff here have somehow made the worst pain I've felt in years into the best dental experience I've had in my life. So much so that I'm swapping to them as my primary dentist. They took on a difficult extraction as it was near a nerve and also cracked and falling apart and made it happen. I'm super grateful for the staff here for fitting me in, reviewing my options, taking the time and care to make sure I was taken care of, and being super kind and understanding.

Always a pleasure to go here! Everyone is friendly and efficient! Brittany, the dental hygienist is so competent and personable! Almost makes going to the dentist enjoyable!!!
