Today at around 11:00 AM, I called to confirm my appointment because I did not receive a confirmation message and wanted to verify the date and the clinic address. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered the phone was rude and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, saying, “You called us—don’t you know where you called?” Because of this behavior, I asked her to cancel my appointment, as I did not want to be subjected to this kind of treatment. This is not appropriate behavior when dealing with patients. I hope the clinic improves how staff communicate, especially since patients may include elderly individuals or people who need more considerate and respectful treatment.

Had an unexpected infected tooth removal on my last visit. It was handled with upmost care and caution. At the same time, while waiting for the pain shots to become effective, I had my teeth cleaned. “Talking about being efficient, hahaha”. Very satisfying appointment.

Our whole family visits Smile Dentist for years , and we love it. The front desk staff is always welcoming and organized, and they get you in right on time. Dr. Farah is gentle and caring, and Dr. Anh, the orthodontist, is fantastic. We trust them completely — highly recommend!

I have been coming to this office for over 10 years. Coming here is like being with family. Dr.Farah has been with me for cleanings, fillings, braces, teeth removals, and more. This is a family business and would recommend anyone to come here for personalized care.
