Absolutely horrible experience. This office is completely unprofessional and blatantly money-driven. The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and treat you differently the moment they realize you’re not paying cash or credit upfront. They told me to get insurance authorization because they claimed it “wouldn’t be approved.” When my insurance did approve the treatment, they suddenly changed their story and said their specialist doesn’t accept insurance — only cash or credit. So which is it? After wasting my time going back and forth with insurance, they then told me to go find another specialist and refused to provide a referral. No accountability, no professionalism, and zero concern for the patient. It’s very clear that once they realize they’re not getting immediate payment, your ca

My lower right molar had been in severe pain for a few days. I didn’t want to go to the ER, so I booked this dental office. After scheduling, I read the Google reviews and got worried because of the negativity, but I decided to give them a chance. At first, everything seemed fine. The receptionist greeted me, and after a short wait, I was called for X-rays. The person taking them was rough and kept inserting the tools aggressively. She couldn’t find anything and sent me to the doctor. The doctor, who seemed very unsure, also couldn’t identify the issue and said “maybe” a cleaning would fix it. She planned to give me mouthwash and said if I was still in pain in a week, I should come back! a week while in that level of pain. Then the hygienist came in and said, “Oh, you’re here for a clean

I went in for a basic cleaning, had zero symptoms…not even a week later I started noticing sensitivity in my teeth from drinking or eating cold and hot things. I have never experienced this until after my cleaning here. How?? I regret visiting this office so much. Their bedside manners are also non existent. Nobody introduces themselves or explains anything. It’s like a robotic dental office. I will never come back here.

My experience with SmileCrafters has been completely unprofessional from start to finish. The last time I went in for an appointment, I had my X-rays done and was then left sitting in the dental chair for over two hours without anyone checking on me or explaining what was going on. No dentist, no hygienist, nothing. It wasn’t until I finally got up and asked what was happening that someone came into the room. A very young staff member briefly checked my teeth and then casually said, “Okay, you’re all good to go. What else can I help you with?” I was stunned. I told her that no one had cleaned my teeth yet. She looked surprised and rushed out of the room. After another 40 minutes, someone finally came in to do the cleaning. The entire visit felt disorganized, dismissive, and like my time di

I usually do not leave reviews, good or bad. So you know it's bad when I felt obligated to warn others of this horrible place. The worse experience I ever had at the dentist. I waited about 30 minutes to be called back to complete my x-rays. Then another 45 minutes to see the dentist. Only to not even have a baisc cleaning. I was informed the doctor was not going to touch anything unless I pay $500 towards a procedure that I know my insurance covers, which I was told a lie saying no insurance covers it. (Originally the office manager informed me the price was $1,500, which she suggested I open a credit care account to pay it off). Then I had to go back and ask the dentist to prescribed me some pain medication, which was not offered. The office manager runs the dentist, and it appeared that
