Smile Bright Pediatric Dentistry

All I can say the ratings speak for themselves. All the children dentist and staff working there all just garbage,rude, and disrespectful! They have no respect for the children's feelings by always rushing and trying to get to the next customer! Everyone there are nothing but hungry money unprofessional people! I've been told my son's mother to go somewhere else! So today was the last straw that broke the camel's back! Please don't bring your children here they will forever be traumatized in going back to a dentist in the future because of them!

I won’t go into details, because clearly others have also had bad experiences with the front desk and their handling of insurance. They expect upfront payment and then you have to go through the hassle of getting a credit. My dentist has a large book with all the copay costs for every insurer and type of procedure, and using that, they charge you the copay (not the full amount). It’s not that difficult. The front desk staff also rarely, if ever, answer the phone and are most are not very pleasant. I will not be bringing my kids back here, which is a shame, because the dental office itself is nice, clean, and the dental staff were nice.

Dr. Cao is the best at what she does! She made my daughter feel comfortable during her filling today! I’m so happy I chose this dentist offfice for my daughter. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I thought my appointment was for 4:15, tried to call twice the day before between 3:00-4:00 to confirm the appointment, of course no answer which is very typical of this place, showed up at 4:07 for what I thought was my 4:15 appointment, they refused my son’s cleaning because the appointment according to their records was for 4:00. Women who work the front desk clearly have zero authority in every other aspect of their lives and find joy in being completely difficult just to be difficult. Would not give me my son’s dentals records. Said they have 30 days to send me his records even though they said they’d only be able to provide X-rays which any competent person could provide in 3 minutes. It seemed pretty easy for them to pull records when I paid the

I’ve been bringing my oldest daughter to see Dr. Cao for over 14 years. She is gentle, kind, patient, and caring with her patients. I trust her judgment when it comes to any recommendations she has provided. My youngest now visits Smile Bright Dental and I have no complaints. Brenda is always caring, with my youngest daughter as if she was her very own. She takes time out to explain and comfort her every time she has her for her appointments. I appreciate the time Brenda takes with my daughter. This means the world to me.
