Very friendly professional service. They took their time with me answering all my questions and concerns and I had an overall great first time experience.
Very satisfied with the experience, especially the way everything was explained to me. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to everyone. Definitely a 10 rating from me!
There really was not much of a wait(maybe 5 minutes) after I checked in, until I spoke with Dr. Guthrie. She made me feel very at ease before moving me into the booth for the hearing tests. After the audio testing, she did a great job of explaining the results to me and recommending the hearing aids. I had previously had my hearing tested and hearing Sid's recommended, but I was unable to get them before now. The difference is amazing as I am now able to hear certain things that sounded muffled or garbled, previously. Thank you Dr. Guthrie.
This was my first time going to this site every one was so helpful and friendly.
