The Urgent Care - Harvey

This is the first time I have been to Urgent care in harvey.My Primary Dr was booked up.I checked around and found them.I filled out all information on my phone got there 10 minutes before visit. I spent about an hour between check in and visit. The Facility was Very clean.The young Lady at front desk Alexis was Very Welcoming,Polite,Kind,Respectful answered all my Questions and concerns.Nurse Hailey was also Very Welcoming Polite,Kind,Respectful and Knowledgeable Very professional. Dr.Emmie was Warm Friendly,Respectful,,Kind,Polite,Knowledgeable and answered all my Questions and concerns she didn't just treat you like a patient but a Person.If I can't get in my Primary Drs.I will definitely be back to see them.It was a Great Experience. When I went I was greeted with a great smile at the front desk. When I went to the back the nurse was very friendly and had a friendly smile on his face and listened to everything I had to say for the doctor. When the doctor came in she had a friendly smile on her face and treated me very kindly. She listened to what I had to say and prescribed me some medicine to help me get better. I would definitely go there again if I need to. That's why I gave the a 10 for my experience there.

So kind friendly and quick. Very respectful, understanding, and not judgemental. Very grateful thank you. I stopped at the one in Gretna the admit person informed me the one 10m away in harvey had no wait. The best patient care I have ever received.

Went on a Saturday, had update my insurance when I check in online. They said I had a balance and could pay whatever I wanted towards it then said that I wouldn’t have to pay anything else for the visit. I was having bad side effects from the medicine so on Wednesday they said I needed to be seen again. Went in and said I had to pay half the remaining balance which was $40 and then my copay was now $101. I asked why I wasn’t charged anything on Saturday and they had no idea. If the copay was that on Saturday I wouldn’t have even gone so the fact that it all of a sudden was $101 is very suspicious to me with no explanation? Won’t be going back, especially because it hadn’t even been 5 days since I had been there. They wouldn’t call in a new script or anything. Just trying to get more money!

This was my last time visiting this Urgent Care facility .my physician Assist Mary has a fantastic bedside manner ,she was Awsome! Kind, courteous, patient, and compassionate . All the staff was fantastic Truly, i left there feeling so much better than I came , physically, mentally & emotionally Good care makes a world of difference. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
