My grandmother and myself have been patients of West Covina family dentistry for many years. I would highly recommend this practice. The facility is always very clean, parking is covenant, and most of all the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. If you're looking for a dentist in the West Covina area I'd definitely schedule an appointment with them. Currently my grandmother and I see Dr. Jeon, but all the staff and doctors are fantastic!!

West Covina family dentistry is simply an outstanding dentist. The doctors there are very attentive and super nice. They made my experience painless and easy. Desiree and Marisa were wonderful helping me feel comfortable and Rosa at the front was super nice and made everything work to my liking. I want to say thank you to all of you and I highly recommend anyone gets their teeth work here :)

Waiting on a authorization since about March for wisdom teeth to be pulled off and haven't heard nothing and now we're in October . It's ridiculous the patient has to keep calling the office to find out the status and that they don't try to find out what's going on. They do raffle every other month for a price , in return you need to write a review about your visit and they go with the best review .So that says a lot as well. Dr bhat is great but staffing needs to get organized and be on point .

RUN!!! This place is horrible!! They just want you spending thousands for no reason!! I’ve had 2 crowns done here and had to get them redone elsewhere! The work here is terrible and they straight lie to your face!! Look at the yelp reviews!! Don’t ignore all the negative ones!! Horrible horrible horrible will not ever in a million years recommend this place. Not even to the homeless!!! Trash business!! You’ll find better literally anywhere else!! Trust me!!

This office has a terrible track record of erroneous billing practices. Well after concluding my business with them they sent an invoice for $35.00 with no explanation. When called they said it was for a missed appointment which was not true. Since then they sent this to a collection agency. After doing some investigation I discovered this is a common practice for this office. They will get their $35 but they are going to loose several long time customers in the process. That's because our firm is going to spread the word to our employees about this and it will carry some influence. Instead of standing by their loyal customers they have decided to risk their reputation for trivial pursuit of bogus billings. Good luck with that.
