Smile A Bit Dental - Highland Mills

Horrible experience, I went there for Root canal, my insurance did not cover they ended up charging me almost 2K. I had to charge in on a credit card only to be left with pain and had to go to another root canal specialist. Furthermore they were not the cleanest. I than received a Bill for $100.00. I called them to explain, you guys charged my card almost 2 thousand, I do not owe you anything. The staff member stated that they will correct that and instead of correcting sent me to Collections? I have a 800 credit score and these people had the nerve to send me to collections for something I did not owe. Very unethical, unprofessional, and malicious to say the least. Very dissatisfied and in disbelief. Will not be going back to them!!

Extremely unprofessional! I’ve been away taking care of my sick mother and they sent me a letter in the mail threatening me! I will never go back and will tell everyone not to go here!!

This my first time here and I am very impressed... dentist was great with kids!! And the place is clean and good for kids!! And PBA very friendly!!

Natalie is my dental hygienist at this practice and she has always been a wonderfully kind and caring person. For over about 5 years of my visiting this dental location Ive felt that Natalie has genuinely embraced her profession with unrivaled integrity and that she has pretty much looked out for me like I was family! More recently I have truly come to appreciate the professionalism & skill of the other practitioners there such as Drs Lee & Shin who I’ll normally see whenever a consult or procedure is necessary. The front desk receptionists are also all very pleasant, patient, knowledgable and supportive folks as well therefore I’ve got nothing but the highest praise for this dental practice! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽❤️🥰👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Every visit has been a pleasant experience and this is truly thanks to the staff! Hassan has made the experience painless, and I always look forward to my next visit. I want to take the time to thank him for being so diligent, patient, and accommodating. Thank you for being so professional all the time and thank you all for what you do! I can not express it enough.
