Laura Stevens Physical Therapy

Was going for physical therapy for a few weeks, Laura said to make my next appointment and she just has to send a renew to my insurance to get more time. I make the appointment and show up for it the next week. They tell me the note was not out through but I should take the appointment. Laura then tells me "oh you said you were fine and didn't need more.". No ma'am, trying to blame me for her mistake is ridiculous. I never went back even after they called to let me know my insurance approved the extension. Found an amazing massage therapist and she pointed out some issues that Laura never did. Laura is a complete waste of time and money.

Now it's access pt made an appointment 2 weeks out in which i Gabe all info including insurance info and day of appointment tell me they had no record. Now they tell me I have to wait another 3 weeks for appointment and were not willing to make any effort to get me in at this or any other location so I have to deal with the pain for another 3 weeks at least. Will not ever use them and would not recommend them if i could give 0 starsi would.

Excellent professionals! Hands on PT with expert exercises geared for your individual treatment. Laura takes her knowledge and truly puts it to work for each patient. Highly recommend this practice and will not hesitate to return for any of my pain and physical therapy guidance. So far everything I was taught is working. My physical therapist is Brian and he is very attentive, professional and he makes you feel very comfortable. PT here is like walking in to your families house everyone knows you. The equipment is great and they don't push you past your limits.

Without disclosing my personal medical information i want to share my experience with Laura Stevens the owner. I was referred by a friend of mine to work with Tom. Laura was my physical therapist she was HORRIBLE. She spoke to me as if I was a child, discussed my personal medical information in front of other patients she violated my right to privacy she couldn’t careless about the HIPPA law. It all came to a head when i couldn’t do one exercise because she put a WEIGHT on my ankle and I couldn’t left my leg her exact words “ I CAN’T HELP YOU, YOU DON’T WANT TO DO ANYTHING”. I said excuse me how did you come to that conclusion i was only here TWICE the first day i did EVERYTHING you asked, of course she looked like I disrespected her she suggest i do another exercise i said no thank you I’
