This is my 3rd time attempting to see these dentists because they are conveniently located near me and every time I went, I left with a bad feeling or wasn’t satisfied with my services. I’m not sure if the language barrier was an issue because when the dentist tried explaining in English first then switched to Spanish and then the conversation was not the same. (My first language is English, his was not so code switching made it hard to understand) The doctor was trying to explain my problems but he was trying to brush off my concerns and feelings, even when I asked more than once. He asked me if I took medication for my anxieties because I was not understanding him. I felt that was rude and dismissive because I need to fully understand my procedure before getting anything done. I got

I had such a great experience at Alvarez Dental today! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. It immediately put me at ease. Dr. Alvarez was just as wonderful. She took her time, listened to my concerns, and even chatted with me to help me feel more comfortable. It never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I’m so glad I chose this office. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect first experience at this dentist from the moment we walked in as we were greeted so nicely by Betsy the receptionist . She was extremely nice and told us we already completed everything online so there was no need to fill out a bunch of paperwork. My wife and I were seen quickly by the assistant for fast xrays then Dr. Alvarez came right in to actually do the cleaning herself, unlike most other dental offices we have been to. The cleaning was painless as we both have very sensitive teeth. Nothing was pushed on us and we felt treated as if we have known them for years. Could give 10 stars if we could.

Went there as a new patient a few days ago. First impression Clean Office, Receptionist Very Welcoming and Friendly. Dentist and assistant were very nice. Dentist took her time to explain my treatment. Definitely will be going back and I definitely recommend!

I booked an appointment with this office on June 10 for June 19. On June 18, while I was at work in back-to-back meetings, I missed a call from their office and then received a series of three text messages in quick succession — the last of which stated that my appointment had been cancelled. When I called to follow up the next morning, I was told they had “called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent messages” and that because I didn’t confirm at least 24 hours in advance, my appointment was cancelled. I was also told that as a new patient, they require confirmation in advance “because we don’t know you.” This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had made arrangements, including childcare, to attend this appointment, and I was acting in good faith — not ignoring their comm
