Very disappointing experience. Been going to Dr Moon for six years. I never needed much work done besides fillings and cleanings. A filling fell out of a front tooth shortly after being done. I was blamed for brushing too hard, meanwhile I didn’t even brush over the filling. The worst thing to happen, which made me leave the practice, was that front teeth were extracted to install implants when it was clear from the preliminary xrays performed that there was no room to put implants in that part of my mouth. There should have been better diligence performed and time spent to make sure implants could be done. Otherwise I would have kept my teeth. There was no apology, no explanation after this mess happened. Everything feels rushed, and communication is really minimal. While I don’t care to

I had a very disappointing experience at Smile Forever Clinic with Dr. Moon. Unfortunately, I felt that he exhibited racist attitudes towards me, making comments related to my country that were completely uncalled for. When it came to the dental work itself, I was equally unimpressed. My husband and I have been getting our teeth cleaned regularly for years, and typically, it takes around 20-25 minutes for a thorough cleaning. Dr. Moon completed the procedure in less than 5 minutes, and his technique was rough and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Our Family have been going to Dr. Moon for OVER 10 years. He has always given options and has always been correct in his assessment and plan of treatment. He is VERY reasonable in his pricing. He was fantastic with our kids when they were young and correct in his advisement with what Orthodontics would be needed and at what age was best. I HIGHLY recommend him and his office staff. I wish I could give 10 stars ...MTW

I'm a dentist and I go to Dr. Moon. He's been an incredible dentist - super ethical, conservative, thorough and knowledgeable. I've even learned a bit from him! I would definitely recommend him to my own colleagues (if I had any in NJ) because he showed how great of a dentist he is before even knowing I also was one. Disregard the 1 star reviews from a year ago - they seem illegitimate, because while I don't know Dr. Moon personally, I can attest that he's a quality dentist!

Me and my family go to Dr. Moon and we are very much satisfied with the work he does. First of, there’s no wait time on appointments, he works very fast and explains what was done and most of all gives you aftercare reminders for the procedure that was done to you so everything goes well. I recommend this general dental practice for your family as well!
