Caring Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

My kids have been going here for a couple of years now and they are AMAZING! The office set up is very kid friendly. Dr Lorenzo is attentive the child’s needs and discomforts. She listens and does not push. What I mean by that: at two previous dental offices they suggested my toddler have general anesthesia to fill a few cavities. I expressed my discomfort with that and they dismissed me from their office. When I expressed this to Dr Lorenzo, she was willing to give my child a chance at the laughing gas to see how he did and if needed we would proceed to anesthesia. HE DID GREAT! And we were able to get the cavities taken care of. I would highly recommend.

My son had a great first experience at the Dentist! The staff, and the Dr. are all super friendly, and made my son feel comfortable.

This was our first dental health screening for my toddler and I was very pleased. Everything looked clean and the office well maintained. Everyone in my opinion was exceptional starting with the front desk. The young lady at the front desk; I believe Carolyn is her name was diligent in ensuring all administrative tasks were completed for what I needed. The dentist was personable, genuine and explained everything to my son first. The assistant was also kind. Overall, it was an amazing visit. I look forward to making this my son's dental home. I visited Caring Smiles pediatric dentistry with my daughter today for the first time. This was also my daughter’s first dentist appointment ever. The entire staff was welcoming and made the visit a wonderful experience. Hygienist, Andrea, was patient and caring to my daughter’s needs. Dr. Jenny Lorenzo was also patient, caring, and informative - providing me with necessary information and making it easy and comfortable for my daughter and me to ask questions. The office was very clean, modern, and perfectly prepped for children. Thank you Caring Smiles staff!

We had a wonderful experience at Caring Smiles! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly to my child in a way that made her feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone we interacted with was kind, respectful, and professional. Dr. Jenny was fantastic—she was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. We’re so happy to have found this practice and look forward to continuing our care with them!
