I went to Dr. Maghazchi’s office on Friday as a new patient, and I had a great experience! The ladies at the front desk were super professional, very helpful, and extremely polite. Dr. Maghazchi was pleasant and made me feel comfortable during my visit. His assistant was amazing as well. she showed me my X-rays, explained what needed improvement, and clearly pointed out the before and after differences. The office is spotless, and the décor in the lobby is both relaxing and cute. This is definitely my new dentist from now on.

This team is the best. Dr. Hassan is an outstanding dentist—knowledgeable, patient and incredibly gentle. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and highly professional. For over 3 years, getting my dental needs here, have been a no brainer. I was always greeted and treated with the utmost care and kindness. It was the place that I recommended to my friends and family. Within the last year things have changed, or shall I say ever since their schedule location in Fort Lauderdale has opened, the service has been rather lackluster. The customer service has gone downhill and I find myself coming to appointments that are a waste of time because impressions or x-rays are misplaced and need to be redone. What an inconvenience! I am all for the expansion of a business, but not at the cost of downgrading your reputation. I really would like to go back to the days where I encouraged my family and friends to switch from their dental provider to mine. Please do bett
