Great Doctor, thorough, caring with a pleasant disposition. So glad I was able to get my mom into see him. She was very content with her visit.
Giving Dr. Andrade a 1 star because 0 is not an option both me and my family have been patients here for years , the lack of patient care and communication is unbelievable! Being overweight is his diagnosis for everything and walking is the solution ?If you would like to die before getting a diagnosis this is the place to go ! I have switched practices and so will she working in the dental field myself I have never encountered such a disregarding doctor and staff in my whole life. This place is a joke and truly feel bad for his great front desk staff that’s been there for a long time l. I’m not sure how he still carried a medical license. If your waiting for results you better call them yourself because your never going to hear from them!
Excellent as always ! Dr. Andrade and his staff are the best! Being a long term patient I always feel that I’m in good hands.
Talk to Android and Rachel the NP are wonderful they are efficient and on point with their diagnosis also Felicia and Megan from the front desk are wonderful they are efficient with handling the pt1 forms for MassHealth and making appointments when I am sick I am very happy with having this doctor as my PCP I trust this office with all of my health thank you happy holidays
