I have a history of retinal detachment and chronic dry eye, so eye appointments usually come with a lot of anxiety for me, but from the moment she walked in she made me feel completely at ease. She took her time, really listened, and explained everything in a way that was clear, calm, and genuinely reassuring. I never once felt rushed, and it felt more like talking to someone who truly cared than just a routine appointment.
