Highland Urgent Care

It was my first time there obviously not feeling well and totally unprepared...(sorry guys) but the staff was so nice, they made me feel comfortable even when I was feeling stupid for not remembering to move my cards from my other purse. They were really helpful. Thank you, that was just what I needed when I wasn't feeling well. I would absolutely send my friends and family there if needed. The doctor was so nice too and kind, I really appreciate their help.

Couldn’t say enough good things about Highland Urgent Care. Every staff member there was just so genuinely kind, professional and thorough. And all in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait even 5 minutes after I got there before being seen. Overall just a great facility and even better staff. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my second visit due to my children and From our experience with the front desk to the back staff especially the medical assistant Kristal ..this place was so amazing, friendly, helpful, efficient…I could go on and on. We were in and out. So much better than spending hours at the ER.

Excellent staff. Very professional. Made an appt, which was a huge plus. Registered and was taken quickly. Both Nicole (medical assistant) and Eric (PA) were very skilled, friendly, very positive. The level of care was excellent! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

My urgent care visit was exceptional from beginning to end. Every person I interacted with was genuinely pleasant, welcoming, and professional. The doctor was absolutely amazing—thorough, attentive, and clear in explaining what was going on. I was seen quickly, the issue was identified right away, and the solution was put in place without any unnecessary delays. I was in and out in no time, feeling relieved and well cared for. This is exactly how an urgent care experience should be!
