I am quite impressed with Skin MD's responsiveness to this review page. I posted an issue a couple of hours ago and it was handled immediately. I really appreciate that. I like the facilities. They have amazing samples, an amazing team, and a kind front desk staff. I like my provider Divine Mengue a lot. She is African American, understands the challenges of insurance and dermatology, and always makes it seem like she would sit there for hours with me if I needed. I have never been rushed. The missing star is because they can be hard to get in contact with. I am quite impressed that I now have a direct line to someone. That makes me feel like they care. However, I wish they just answered the phone or accepted messages via the APP.

Appointment at 11:45am. Arrived here at 11:37am and still waiting. It’s 12:17pm now. Everybody should just get here 30+ mins after their appointment. They will have you waiting anyway. Why should we be on time if we don’t get the same grace? Ridiculous. Still waiting…

This was my first visit here and I was very happy from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor listened and did a thorough skin check. Be aware that you will have to leave a credit or debit card on file. If there is a balance, they will take the money from the card on file. I did not want to leave my card with them and asked if I can just pay after each appointment. It is their policy to keep your card and to use it. I took away a star for their auto pay policy. It makes me uncomfortable leaving that information in my file.

I researched and found this Dermatology office. I wanted to schedule with Divine Mengue because I saw nothing but positive reviews for her. The check in was positive and the front office ladies were very polite in explaining how the billing system work with putting your card on file and I was at ease after the explaining. Divine Mengue was awesome in explaining to me in language I could understand about my concerns at it related to my office visits. Allowed me to ask questions that she patiently answered. Very pleased patient and so glad that I went with this Dematology Office. No complains and very satisfied patient.

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences here! The staff is always amazing—friendly, professional, and truly caring. I especially want to recognize PA Mike, who I see regularly. He’s absolutely wonderful and consistently provides outstanding care. I always feel heard, respected, and well taken care of. Highly recommend
